Job Description
Product Owners are critical members of the digital patient experience leadership team, responsible for managing the product lifecycle from visioning through development and sustained maintenance/optimization for a family of related products focused on specific strategic objectives. Product owners will lead agile scrum teams composed of analysts, UX/UI designers, engineers, and others as appropriate to develop cutting edge tools to empower and transform our patients experience with Northwell. Product Owners will gain exposure to enterprise strategic priorities, our current digital portfolio, and unique perspectives on digital transformation in Healthcare. They will have the opportunity to innovate new products, development methodologies, and even implementation/rollout strategies. Primary role/responsibility will be to translate strategy and vision into tactical, actionable products using iterative design to deliver value early and often. Product Owners will participate in the ongoing process to identify and prioritize business processes and functions that can be converted to digital to enhance experience, outcomes, efficiency, and to ultimately empower the patient to become a trusted partner in the management and delivery of their care.
1. Works with senior leadership to translate digital patient experience vision into tactical products and tools; Collaborate with stakeholder teams to confirm that products as envisioned will support and enhance desired workflows and experiences
2. Assure that the proper business case has been developed for the features within the product family and that an analytics strategy is developed to establish the baseline and measure the outcome/value post live
3. Lead product development and product management strategy for family of related products driving specific enterprise objectives/targets
4. Write, and oversee the writing of, user stories and following the agile development process through user story acceptance; Collaborate with stakeholder groups to confirm the user stories accurately represent the business requirements and engage those same groups during the development process for iterative feedback and acceptance
5. Develops and executes on detailed work plans to complete enterprise design, build and implementation of specific digital patient experience initiatives/features, including rollout of transformed operational workflows.
6. Facilitates complex integrated enterprise design session to drive often divergent senior leaders to a single enterprise decisions to serve as the foundation for the build of our future state digital features, capabilities and workflows.
7. Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for development assignment and implementation
8. Work with Agile teams and technical leads to effectively determine scope, capacity and output for product development cycles
9. Inspire and motivate teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate level of urgency
10. Act as an ambassador of the product family and broader tool set internally and externally, serving as the primary contact for initial inquiries related to the specific product family
11. Collaborates with senior leadership to evolve access to critical data to support ongoing business analytics and intelligence.
12. Establishes and measures organizational performance against goals and objectives.
13. Develops and monitors product family operating goals, objectives and budget; and reports operational performance, justification and/or corrective action.
14. Partner with key stakeholders across the business to plan and deliver successful product releases, ensuring continuity of business between the digital, customer service, and point of care solutions
15. Partner with the internal creative design team to develop contemporary and relevant expressions of the brand identify related to the product family and leverage all available digital tools to drive consumer awareness and preference for the brand.
16. Mentor staff in large-scale project management and client support.
17. Oversees compliance with government and agency regulations.
18. Ensures adequate scheduling and assigns responsibilities to ensure an equitable distribution of work.
ADA Essential Functions
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree, preferred.
+ Demonstrated experience as a digital product manager, program manager, and/or other applicable leadership positions
+ Experience in product strategy and leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver viable products that achieve desired outcomes
+ Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressively responsible management experience in related field, required.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of change management and advanced project management experience with major enterprise-wide initiatives, including technical implementations and workflow transformation, required.
+ Strong problem solving skills, well versed in critical thinking, conflict management and negotiation
+ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to multiple layers of management
+ Ability to thrive and manage in a dynamic/changing environment, capable of leading through changing priorities and timeline adjustment
+ Desire to work and lead in a highly collaborative environment with heavily matrixed reporting relationships, also including external vendor management Excellent leadership and organizational skills
+ Progressive experience in digital healthcare field and/or product development, desired
+ High level of comfort with digital healthcare strategies, trends, and opportunities and discussing and strategizing the use of web technology.
+ Knowledge of core digital marketing competencies including email marketing, digital advertising, SEM, and social media.
+ Knowledge and passion for current and emerging digital healthcare technologies.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
