Duties performed by our cashier-receptionist position are key to our successful operation and provide a great opportunity for growth within our company.
Schedule Needed:
Monday 4pm to 9pm
Wednesday 4pm to 9pm
Friday 1:30pm to 9pm
Saturday 11am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 6pm
Responsibilities Include:
Heavy phones with multiple lines.
Customer service assistance including processing paperwork, coordinating appointments, and directing customer to the right associate. .
Effective communication: taking messages, deciphering importance of phone calls, effectively solving customer inquiries.
Miscellaneous clerical duties, i.e. filing, mailings, reports, etc

Requirements:
We'd like you to have some experience as a receptionist and or as a cashier, but that experience does not have to be in the auto industry. Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced, customer oriented environment and be able work well with others. The ideal candidate will be organized, diversified and possess superior communication skills. A pleasant and friendly disposition is a must as well as being able to effectively multi-task. We look to hire the best so you will need to agree to background, DMV, and drug screening.
We are looking for enthusiastic employee's that can work shifts on weekdays, week nights, and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned
Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Excellent telephone skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Highly professional and dependable

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
