Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history - Determine the status of patient's immunizations and tests - Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments - Fill prescriptions, food requests, and OTC products as instructed by a veterinarian - Accurately input data into computer software
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate :
has strong communication skills, possesses superior customer service skills, works well on a team , and has a flexible schedule, and is compassionate, caring, and reliable, has at least 3 years of customer service experience Requirements:
-Must be able to work 3pm-11pm, and 1 weekend day We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
