Responsibilities:
Provides direct nursing care to clients, including comprehensive admission assessments, prepares doses for direct administration and dispensing of methadone and other medications, providing physician-ordered medical treatment, transcribing orders, and collection of specimens for laboratory analysis or culture.
Performs and documents Nursing Intake/Medical History in accordance with agency policy and procedure.
Provides health education to clients, monitors client behavior and participates in treatment planningRequirements:
