Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoices, accounts payable and journal entries- Support corporate accounting functions as neededSkills:
- Some knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online or similar accounting software- Experience with accounts payable processes and procedures- Ability to perform journal entries accurately and efficiently- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and reconciliation- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamNote:
