Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the daycare center, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Book boarding reservations, schedule exam appointments and take holiday boarding deposits.
- Enter vaccine information and follow up with owners.
- Provide excellent customer support to pet parents and answer any questions they may have.
- Conduct tours of boarding facility.
- Handle all size dogs and cats.
- Count cash drawer and alarm building.
Qualifications:
- Previous reception expierence is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to transcribe information accurately.
- Familiarity with animal knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide compassionate customer support to parents and guardians.
