As a Front Desk Greeter & Showroom Receptionist at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and visitors.
Your warm and welcoming demeanor, along with your excellent communication and organizational skills, will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression of our sales department.
You will ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and assist in various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our dealership.
Your Impact:
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
? Greet and Welcome Customers:
Provide a friendly and professional welcome to customers and visitors as they enter the dealership premises.
? Answer Inquiries:
Answer phone calls, address customer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate salesperson and or management ? Customer Assistance:
Assist customers with basic information and introduce them to the sales staff ? Maintain Reception Area:
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable to create a positive first impression.
? Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
? Visitor Sign-In:
Ensure all visitors sign in and adhere to dealership security procedures.
? Multi-Tasking:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
? Adherence to Policies:
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service and receptionist duties.
