Responsibilities:
What Will You Be Up To? Greet our furry patients and their humans with a warm and welcoming smile.
Answer phones with enthusiasm, helping pet parents with appointments, questions, and concerns.
Manage the front desk like a pro, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist our veterinary team with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and keeping the office organized.
Be the ultimate multitasker, handling the flow of pet parents, patients, and paperwork with grace and charm.
