- Complete timely documentation in electronic health record.
Attain and maintain productivity expectations.
- Maintain required caseload and associated documentation.
Maintain and send progress reports on caseload as required by mandated sources.
perform breathalyzer and urine testing on a regular basis.
- Coordinate care with other services/agencies.
-Obtain and maintain certifications and required licenses.
- Provide monitoring of patients progress, attendance and follow agency guidelines for contact.
- Maintain 42CFR, 45CFR, HIPPA and HIV confidentiality on all current patients and former patients of the agency.
Experience working with individuals that are diagnosed with substance use disorders.
candidate must have knowledge of oasas regulations, experience with microsoft and excel a plus.
minimum requirements include cASAC.
lmsw or lmhc preferred.
