The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is team-based treatment model that provides multidisciplinary, flexible treatment and support to people with severe mental illness.
We are seeking passionate individuals with experience with behavioral health to fill the following positions in the above locations:
Qualifications Assess clients' educational strengths Contact potential employers to generate employment opportunities Provide direct care vocational and educational services to individuals Associate Degree in a related human services field One year of training and/or experience in vocational assessment, job exploration, and skills development preferred.
Experience working with behavioral health population preferred.
Valid New York State driver's license and vehicle required - candidates are subject to regulatory background checks and must be willing to utilize own vehicle for home visits.
