Summary:
Family Service League is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be responsible for providing recruitment support to hiring managers with sourcing, screening, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities include posting open job requisitions on various job boards, including colleges, social media, and other industry specific sites, utilizing networks and recruiter resources to find diverse talent, and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
The Recruitment Coordinator is the primary contact throughout the candidate experience and maintains a strong sense of enthusiasm and positivity while facilitating the applicant workflow.
This position is hybrid-remote.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Utilize various recruitment outlets such as online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
Review, edit and approve open requisitions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Monitor job posting performance and make recommendations for optimization.
Source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens.
Maintain the Agency's ATS.
Assist hiring managers with updating application statuses and train hiring managers, as needed.
Attend career fairs, college campus recruitment events and other recruitment initiatives.
Establish connections and networking opportunities through attendance at college, Chamber of Commerce and other nonprofit and industry related events.
Work with programs and the Finance department to manage the recruitment budget, including sponsored postings.
Manage and reconcile recruitment invoices.
Maintain communication with qualified candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain the open requisition report.
Assist with telephone reference checks as needed.
Remain current on recruitment compliance standards and new initiatives.
Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
Three years of recruiting experience, including a demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates required.
Experience in a non-profit, mental health or social work field is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design software preferred.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment technologies, such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Handshake.
The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of recruitment laws and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, organization, and verbal and written communication skills required.
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality are required.
The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment is required.
The ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team is required.
This position will drive to job fairs, recruitment events and other FSL offices.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
