7 Quick Apply Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description Family Service League is seeking a full-time Program Assistant to provide support services to the Program Director in order to ensure that our Huntington Family Center runs efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the Huntington Family Center.
Meet and greet visitors Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls.
Produce reports as needed.
Assist in creating client files and order supplies for the program.
Order supplies and conduct office supply inventory as needed.
Assist with program and Center activities.
Act as liaison between landlord, tenant, and Program Director.
Assist clients as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
At least one-year related experience working with a multicultural population required.
Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and as a part of a team in a high-volume Family Center.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal, and written communication skills required.
Must possess the ability to multi-task.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
