Working along side the General Manager and Owner in daily duties Assist in running front and back of house Understanding restaurant procedures & helping make sure staff complies with same Be responsible for opening and/or closing procedures Assisting in daily operation Italian restaurant experience, knowledge of kitchen operations and Wine knowledge all a plus.
